Enthusiastic audience for readings!

An enthusiastic audience of about 25 people crowded the New Works Lab at Ohio State's Drake Performance and Event Center for the readings of four plays at the end of April. The space worked well, as the audience responded with laughter and applause to Shirley Barrie's Audience, Elaine Jarvik's Dead Right, Gerry Sanseviero's Matinee Lunch, and Katherine Burkman's Geraldine and Jacob. The OSU reading of Vicki Cheatwood's The Last Time Cooper Took Midge Fishing will take place this summer, and we'll be scheduling readings of the winning plays from the Eileen Heckart Drama for Seniors Competition for this summer as well--with any luck, sometime in July!
